How will you communicate with me during the process?

We believe in making communication as convenient as possible for our families! You can choose your preferred method of contact - whether that's phone, email, text message, Facebook messenger, or even traditional mail. All our communications are completely confidential, ensuring your family's privacy is protected.

How involved can I be in the book creation process?

You'll be an integral part of the creative journey!
From the very first word to the final copy.
First we ask you your preferred art style, colours, font style, and writing style.
Then we create the book 100% from your inputs.
Before we finalize any book, we'll share the concept and design for your approval.
We want to ensure each story perfectly captures your vision and meets your expectations for your child's learning experience.

How long does it take to create my first personalized book?

Once we've gathered your preferences and designed your first story, we'll share it with you for review.
We take pride in getting everything just right - from the storytelling approach to the beautiful artwork.
The process typically takes 2-3 weeks to create and 2-3 weeks to print and ship.
